Dear families,

We're off to an amazing start!  

We've spent the last few weeks learning and modeling safe, respectful, responsible acts at Pond Cove.  Your children are quickly learning the routines in the classroom and around the school.  We know that these routines will help us accomplish our goals. 

We're learning a lot about each other through games and partner work.  This past week students have been focused on their hopes and dreams for third grade.

We are off to an amazing start building a powerful reading life!   Students are working to increase stamina, find good fit books, select a proper spot for reading, set goals, make plans and analyze their reading patterns.
